Stuffed Capsicum

Ingredients:

Different color big size Capsicum
Stuffing: Potato, Paneer, onion, cumin, kasoori methi, ginger
Seasoning: Tava fry masala, salt, red chilli

Preparation:

Cut the stem off the capsicum, if any. Now cut the capsicum in the middle. Take out all the seeds and empty out.

For stuffing, take some oil and add cumin seeds. After the cumin seeds are done, add chopped ginger, onion/ Saute the onion till its golden brown. Now add finely chopped potato. Cook the potato till its almost done. Now add finaley chopped paneer and salt/red chilli. Once the mixture is cooked, top with kasoori methi.

Fill this stuffing into the cut capsicums. Wrap each capsicum in foil and bake at 350 deg for about 15-20 minutes.

Unwrap the capsicum to effuse its tasty aroma to entice your taste buds :)
